How do i resize an image when i post it?

For example when i post it here its too big so is there a special code or something to resize it?

Use the TIMG tag instead of IMG.

To be more specific:

Press the "Insert Image" button, paste your URL into its dialogue box, click
OK, then manually add a "T" in front of "IMG" where it appears on either side of your URL.

or have it resized first from an external tool like resizr or something...but TIMG is still the faster way...
