I can't get my 3g to connect to iTunes correctly. Itnes recognizes that there us an iPhone mounted, but that is it. It doesn't specify it as mine, show me any info, let me sync, let me see my files, etc... It just says "iPhone" under the devices list.
Ive checked on two computers... One is running iTunes. 9.0 and the other 8.0... No dice in being recognized on either.
I've deleted any downloaded pics and tried to transfer all pictures off thevphobe. It still leaves a few that can't be accessed. At this point, I think it fouls be best to restore it and try again from scratch. However, I can't restore as I can't get that screen to come up in iTunes.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? What can I do here?
