Hi,

Apologies for the rather basic question, but I'm working at a client site where they've decided to block the main Apple site, so I can't get access to anything.

I bought a new G5 a few weeks back but have been having various problems with it. Its now at my local repair centre, but I'm planning to pick it back up today, get my small amount of data off it and return it to Apple as I've hardly had any use out of it and am now being quoted a further 10 days or so for it to be repaired.

Has anyone done this before? Apart from the fact its faulty I believe I have 30 days or so to return it anyway.

Can I do the process online or do I need to speak to someone?

Thanks,

Mike.

Thanks all. Called Apple and they're picking it up within the next couple of days. Weren't even interested to know what was wrong with it.
