How do I screen record audio from MacBook only and not background room noise?

I have my internal microphone selected when I screen record my music production to make tutorial but I still get background noise from the room. How do I only record the audio from my MacBook when screen recording my sessions?

I use LoopBack by Rogue Amoeba and configure its input to the app or whatever other combo I want. The output will show up as a source in QuickTime Player.

I concur. Rogue Amoeba makes good stuff. 👍 I use their SoundSource software and it's very good.
