Perhaps I am having problems since it is reported that MobileMe
may be down.

I have a desktop, notebook and iPhone (all Mac)

Always thought the desktop was the MASTER. So, on my laptop
I told MobileMe to REPLACE all the data (instead of merge).

Now email I am receiving on one device is not pushing to another.

Should I have selected MERGE instead? I kind of thought doing
that would double the information since I ma merging info. from
one device to another.

Thanks for your help.

I appreciate that information, but my question still is unanswered.

Do I select MERGE or REPLACE data in my sync settings?

Suddenly MM is not pushing email or data across my devices.

Is it down?

I think MM just did an update so maybe thinks have been slow for that reason.

When I setup MM I had to do a few things to get my stuff on the MM "Cloud". After that I just "replaced" the data on all my other devices with what was on MM. Again, very important that MM has all of the correct data. Also, I have heard that if you removed MM from your iPhone and then added it back (replacing contents of iPhone) then things start working better after that. I have not needed to do that except when I replace my phone. At that time it was really nice to just add MM to my phone and download all of my information.
