How do I set up Lightroom on my new Mac

Hi everyone. So I recently got my new MBP. I backed up everything from my old Mac to an external HD. How do I move my Lightroom catalog and associated files to the new Mac? Just move them into the same location where they were on the old Mac? And what files/folders should I move to the new Mac?
