How do I share iTunes libraries between users?

I have all of my music in the music folder for my main users on my computer. But I have a second user set up for all of my freelance work. How do I set it up so that if I'm working in Freelance, I can listen to all of my music without having to duplicate those files to my Freelance Music Folder? I have sharing set up on both users, but nothing's showing up in the list.

One option would be to turn off the feature in iTunes that copies files into the music folder when importing. Rather than keeping the songs there you could store them in the shared user account and add the songs to both user's iTunes while having only one copy of the songs on your computer.
