Hi,

I have these PPC processes loading everytime I start up my Intel iMac. Does anyone know how to stop/remove them for loading everytime. Do I really need them?

Thanks, Nick.

Hey, sorry, can't help cos i've never seen them before...
For what it's worth, I don't have them on my intel imac... so probably worth hunting around...
I had a couple that the migration assistant copied across (a ****** fax manager), but i hunted em down and trashed them.

Have you installed the WebObjects portion of Xcode? That will automatically set up OpenBase too.

A quick and easy way to get rid of them is to move the OpenBase folder out of /Library/StartupItems.

Ahh. Nice one. Thats it. I was playing around with the developer tools  maybe I should have left alone. ;)

Sorted now :) Thanks.
