How do I sync a movie onto my phone?

Ok this sounds really simple, but I cannot figure out how to get Family Guy Blue Harvest which I bought from iTunes onto my iPhone.

It is on my iPod fine.

I have it in the playlist with all my music... I have syncing video and TV shows on but all that transfers is 1 episode of the office.

when your in the video tab of your iphone it'll have tv shows then scroll down and it should show up in the movies section. make sure thats checked to sync.
