I tried searching but I couldn't find anything on how to actually go about figuring out if I need more RAM or not. I understand having lots of page outs means more would help but how much is a lot?

This is my memory usage but I don't understand what any of it really means, so anyone kind enough to explain for me?

You only have 118MB of Free RAM, that is simply not enough. As a general rule of thumb if you have in the vicinity of 500MB of Free RAM it's time to upgrade, you're well below that. It's really that simple! If you want me to go into more of an explanation I'm happy to however the short answer is it's time to upgrade the amount of RAM you system has.

What's your current system as well?
2011 @7" iMac with i7, Just has the standard 4GB in atm.

Wow, I honestly wasn't expecting that, having just come from 2GB I thought I was just being paranoid :p

And, yes, if you could go into more detail that would be great :)
