I am considering selling my iphone 13pro to itsworthmore.com. They ask a series of questions, one of which is whether my phone is unlocked. Verizon is my carrier. Silly question I am sure, but how do I figure out whether my phone is unlocked?

Thanks

Simple.

Go to Settings > General > About

Scroll down to "Carrier Lock"

If it says "No SIM restrictions" then your phone is unlocked

Also worth mentioning is I believe all LTE Verizon phones, especially the iPhone, are all carrier unlocked.

60 days after purchase. If purchased through Verizon.

Pretty sure all my past years Verizon’s phones were all unlocked out of the box which was the deal they had in place to have LTE. Did that change?

No change, aways been the case afaik as stated if purchased through Verizon.

Yes, the policy changed four years ago. Time to upgrade your old phones? ;)
