How do i transfer all my music/podcasts to my MBP?

Whats the best way to transfer all my music that i bought from itunes, tv shows and podcasts from my macpro to my MBP? I found that when i drag the itunes folder my podcats dont get updated and i am not subscribed to it.

Try exporting you library on the Mac Pro, then import it on your MBP. Of course, you must also authorize your MBP to use your purchased content.

I hope you don't have to de-authorize the music on your Mac Pro... I know you're allowed to authorize your songs on 5 computers, have you used that up yet?

That's actually fairly small as library files go. My library (and I have much less stuff, only ~4000 songs) is 6.3mb.
