how do i transfer my dreamweaver site to my new mac

I would like to transfer/or migrate my dreamweaver Site files from my old ibook to my new PB.
i have tried copy-paste (via a CD) ..but realized that all the links to pictures in my webpage have gone all messed up.
As i am no expert in web design/ or dreamweaver, i might be doing it all wrong to simply copy the site folder (where i put all my html pages, n images) to the PB??? greatly appreciated if someone can help. thanks.

IIRC You need to export the Site file (.STE file, if I remember) from the iBook version of Dreamweaver. Read the manual or the help file, it's in there.

Then on the new machine you go into the site's definition and re-assign the root folder and the default images folder.
