Windows: Plug your iphone into the USB port, then double click on "my computer", you should see your device in a list then double click it. All your photos should be there abouts.

MAC: plug your iphone into the USB port, then open iPhoto. Click import all on the bottom.

There is a photos tab in iTunes. You'll need to select a folder of photos to sync with your phone. Preferably 1 big folder with all the photos you want on it. They can be grouped into folders inside that folder.
