Hello! I downloaded music from a friend's site (he puts all his music on a site and friends can go in w/a password and d/l his music).....it's in a zip compressed file in my itunes folder. however, when i go to sync my ipod, all the songs won't go on there. it says it can't find them??? they were downloaded as mp3's....any idea how I can get them "on the same page" so that they will happy jump on to my ipod???

thanks!!!!!!!! computer-illiterate girl

My guess is that you would have to move the compressed file to your desktop and unzip it there. Then move all the songs into iTunes. Sync, then you're done.

you would need to unzip the songs into a regular folder, and the drag the songs over the itunes window. depending on whether or not your ipod is set to sync automatically, you will either need to drop them onto your ipod or just add the songs to your library and sync them to your ipod
