How do I turn off the text pointers in Sonoma?

I just upgraded my iMac to Sonoma 14.3.1
Now I seem to get text pointers, pointing to EVERYTHING on my screen. It's driving me crazy, it's not just the internet browser, but it's pointing to everything clickable. Does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix this?

Ah, never mind, if anyone else has the same issue, here's the fix:
Turn Off Voice Control in System Setting >> Accessibilities >> Voice Control >> Overlay
