Hi, a long time ago I signed up for the Mac developer program. Today I started playing around with XCode again and tried to upload an app to my iPad, which should be possible with the new free accounts. However when I add my Apple ID I get error messages stating that I have no unexpired certificates.

I cannot figure out how to shut down that old expired account. I did go through the developer portal and keep coming across there contact us page, which has been down for maintenance for the past hour. So while I wait for that to come back up I thought I'd ask here in case anybody had a solution.

You don't need to shut your account down, all you have to do is create a new certificate.
