How do I video/chat from my Mac to a PC

Trying to figure out how to video chat with my mom(whos on a PC) and me on a MBP. So far I have tried using iChat and she is using AIM tritron, and we can chat, hear each other, but no video. Both of our cameras are working properly.

She needs to use the latest version of regular AIM. Triton doesn't work with iChat video conferencing yet, but the last AIM version that came out works just fine.

Where can this version of AIM be downloaded from? I can't seem to locate it on the AIM site.
