Right now I am using Mocha VNC lite. I can access my laptop with my iphone only when its in my houses wireless network. Is there any way to make it so I can remote access my laptop outside of my home?

(I use and recommend LogMeIn.com but their iPhone app is pricey.)
Do a search for Mocha VNC and port forward. You need to get the IP address your internet provider gives you, not your internal address of the actual PC. You then go into the router settings and make a port forward entry to the port the VNC uses on the PC. Example 69.x.x.x: 5902.

I forwarded the ports for both of my routers, but it still does not work outside my network. However the instructional video says to download tightVNC and involves windows. My laptop is a macbook. The description for Mocha VNC lite says that the only mac thing it will work with is remote management. How do I set remote management on my mac laptop so I can use the vnc outside my wireless network since I can't download any of those windows applications.
Or the easy way is running Teamviewer on your computer and iPhone. It's free for non-commercial use, and $$$ for commercial use.
