How do I wifi/wireless sync via windows and itunes?

just updated to IOS5 how is this done ?

sorry if dumb question searched couple pages couldnt find the answer
 
Not a dumb question at all. You need to plug the iPhone into the computer first with USB. In iTunes, click on the iPhone bit under Devices. Scroll down to the bottom of the Summary tab. Ensure "Sync with the iPhone over WiFi" is turned on. :)
