I was wondering if I can adjust it natively within the app somehow?

I downloaded the extension AllPagesZoom and it works ok but when I go on websites you could see the text going from small to large when loading up a page kind of like a glitch, do I just have to live with this? It doesn't seem to do this when using Chrome and similar extensions.

What actual goal are you trying to accomplish? There are text accessibility settings in various places such as System Preferences and in Safari Preferences under Advanced.

I just want to zoom all text only within safari just a bit. I don't have young eyes anymore like to sit back and recline on my iMac and default is too small for me. I don't like how extensions as I was saying you actually see the webpage/text before it's loaded getting larger.

Go to Safari > Preferences... > Advanced > and set your minimum font size to whatever you wish. I would suggest at least 16 but obviously only you have your eyes.
