Hello all, I have a simple question...I have just the basics installed on my Powerbook, (I just got it today) what do I have to do to be able to get screenshots? Is there a program I have to download? Are there any that are free? Or can I do it with what I have?
Thanks guys,

Thanks guys,

The quickest and easiest way to do a screenshot is to type Command-Shift-3 (note that the command key is the one with the apple on it). :D You can also use the "grab" application included on your Powerbook (do a spotlight search for it).

Command+Shift+4 allows you to select a portion of the screen.

Adding in the Control key saves to the clipboard instead of a file.

Grab allows for timed screen grabs, plus other useful features. And if you are working remotely by way of VNC or Apple Remote Desktop, the Grab app comes in real handy.

Thanks, you guys are great!!!!
Anything else like that I should know...???
I don't know any Mac keystokes.
