How do the new iMac GPUs compete against my "old" board?

With the new iMacs finally with us, I wanted to get myself one of them and, while I am at it, maybe replacing my current PC as whole. I tried to find a good comparison online, but somehow Google didn't return anything useful. So...

Can anyone tell me how the new iMac's GPUs against my "old" GeForce 8800 GTS?

I can't imagine the 4670 being better than your "old" 8800GTS. But the 4850 is definitely a step above. If one were choosing the 27" iMac, I'd be inclined to recommend the 4850....

While I was waiting for this renewed iMac upgrade,
I have questions how this will perform with games like WOW, Call Of Duty and more of this genre games.

8800 gs is solid indeed, the 4850 is better for sure and I would imagine the 4670 is just a click below.
