iPod how do u make it so the CD cover appears on the bottom?

i have seen some screenshots of how people have the itunes in a way where it stays fixed on the bottom right/left with the cd cover on.. ive been trying to find out how nd tried looking around but couldnt =/ im sorry if this already has been asked but can someone help me?

This button, in your case the arrow should point up.
