Well, the thread pretty much gives it away. How do I add pictures from my desktop to photo stream? I use an iPhone 5 and I've got the iCloud control panel installed on my computer. I dragged the pics to the "Photo Stream Uploads folder" which is what Apple says, but they aren't showing up in my photo stream folder on the phone.
Every time I take a photo from my phone, the picture shows up on my photo stream on my desktop. The connection is there, but it ain't working the other way around.
"Take a photo on an iOS device. Or import a photo from your digital camera to your computer."
"Want to get the photos youve taken on your point-and-shoot or DSLR camera into your Photo Stream to view on all your other devices? The photos you import to your library from a camera or SD card are automatically uploaded to your Photo Stream. If you have a PC, you can auto-import and upload pictures, too. Just turn on Photo Stream, grab a camera, and start shooting."
Apple says it shouldn't be a problem. The pictures are JPEG by the way, which is supported.
Or am I just dead wrong about it all?
