how do you apply windows programs on dock with vmware?

just like the title says..how can i just run the program, say like utorrent directly from my dock?

is there a way i can just put the icon on my dock and just click on the program without starting vmware first?

While running the Windows VM switch to Unity Mode (ctrl+command+u) and open whatever program you're interested in and an icon will appear on the Dock. Next, ctrl-click (right-click) the program's icon on the Dock and select "Keep in Dock."
