Hey everyone,
so now that I got three bands for my new Apple Watch Sport (black sports band, third party black SS and third party brown leather loop), I was wondering how often you guys change your bands. Personally, I'd like to change it every couple of days, or sometimes maybe even twice a day (black sports band for uni, leather loop for going out at night etc.).
However, I can imagine that changing the bands this often would sooner or later damage the mechanism. Obviously it's too soon for anyone to have any real longterm data, but maybe those of you who change their bands frequently could quickly chime in and let us know if you've already noticed any effects your band-changing behavior had on the Watch's slide-in mechanism. I'm sort of afraid of wearing the mechanism out to the point where the bands no longer fit tightly, or maybe even fall out.
Yeah I know, all of this sounds like paranoia considering the fact that I've only had the Watch for 2 weeks now. But still it's an interesting question, and I couldn't find any official Apple guidelines / tips on this topic.
