thelatinist macrumors 603 Aug 15, 2009 5,937 51 Connecticut, USA Aug 30, 2009 #5 If you are saying you want yo delete the ringtones through the iPhone itself, I'm afraid you're out of luck. The iPhone does not let you delete songs or ringtones; your library has to be managed through iTunes.

N netslacker macrumors 6502 Jan 21, 2008 303 64 Aug 31, 2009 #6 A custom ringtone? or one that came w/ the iPhone? Apple ringtones, those that came with the device, cannot be removed at all. Custom ringtones are managed through iTunes, as already indicated. Just wanted to clarify between the two.
