There is an icon with moving smoke inside of a circle...I have seen a similar effect before, and was curious if this is photoshop, or some other program?

The whole page is a Flash animation that loops.

Are you asking how this designer created the smoke effect within the flash animation, assuming it isn't simply a movie of real smoke?

yes, i am curious how he did the smoke effect within the animation. That is, how he was able to acheive such a realistic effect.
