Universal How do you get news on your iOS device?

I've used Flipboard for a long time, and it's been good, but I've started using Twitter more, and realizing that it's easy to get the news from all of my favorite websites through there, at a quicker pace than Flipboard, or other news apps. On top of that, every story goes to Twitter, unlike the curated feeds of other apps like Flipboard and Apple News.

How do you get your daily news on your iOS device?
 
I use various News apps:
1. Dutch news apps like Nu.nl / NOS + international news apps like BBC / Huffington Post
2. Feedly, Newsify RSS Feed apps and I also like Hearfeed, Yomu (similar look/feel as Pulse News) see also this topic
3. Twitter
 
Twitter for headlines/breaking news
The Guardian for in-depth news
BBC News for occasional browsing of smaller/local stories
 
Twitter (using Tweetbot) and the combo of Feedly + Reeder 3 with interesting stuff funneled into Instapaper. I also use some IFTTT recipes to push stuff straight to Instapaper for articles from sources I always want to read, but get published infrequently.

I don't. Id like to use twitter, but cant figure out to use it meaningfully. I use the Apple news app a couple of times a month, but not enough to keep up.
I look at the Drudge report when I want to be depressed and used to love Pulse before Linked In took it over and ruined it. So, I dont o_O

I like Twitter in that you can follow a few different journalists / contributors from a particular source and they'll often tweet out relevant bits from other sources you might not frequent, but this can add to the noise in the Timeline as well. Sort of a drawback to Twitter as many people (that you follow) will use it for different manners of sharing, so it's not always the most practical option.

I use twitter/facebook a lot.. So that's a source. There's an app called nuzzel that tracks friends references to articles and can alert you when a certain number have mentioned it. Mostly I'm using apple news now. Flip board a long time ago. News Republic is cool... And the BBC too... Apple news is overall favourite and improving
 
I've started playing around with the Lists feature in Twitter, and have found that it's a great way to get multiple sources, without cluttering your main news feed. It's nice to create lists with regards to tech, sports, news, and whatnot, and then be able to just focus on those categories one at a time.

Twitter,Breaking News and NewsFlash.
NewsFlash (Breaking news & World Headlines) allows me to get headlines from different countries . Not well known it seems but my favorite .

Yes, great feature in that you can tag users to a list while not actually 'following' them.
