Hey folks, I love my Reminders app but always forget to load the app (and there is no Dashboard widget)... but then I found as of Mavericks, Reminders can show up in the Notification center.

The problem is that I have 10 reminders in the app but none of them are showing up in the notification center. Nada. I checked the settings of the notifications and I see the Reminders widget there, but nothing is showing. I checked in the preferences panel and Reminders is enabled with alerts/badges etc and the most recent 10 reminders.

But nothing shows up.

You can see my Reminders:

And then you can see the settings of my Notifications:

What gives??

Thanks!

Because you need to set an option for it to remind you.

So set a date or location for the task.

Just making a list of to-dos in reminders is basically just making a bullet list in notes. Nothing happens.

Yeah that's basically what I want... a bullet list that happens to be in Reminders. There's no date attached to them. OK, thanks for the info.
