How do you get rid of this virus app?

I have this search engine installed on my computer but I can't find it in the Application folder. I downloaded "Combo Cleaner" which is linked to in the website, but it requires premium account to remove the virus.

Try to detect any file associated with the app/plugin in your whole system.
To do so, use the Finders's Search feature to locate and delete the items whose names contain PCRISK.
