How do you get the encoded file into iTunes?

I'm using handbrake for the first time and am wondering what to do once the encoding is finished. Do I drag and drop somewhere or what? How do I get artwork over? I've spent so much time trying to figure out how to understand handbrake, I forgot to figure out what to do once I have a mp4.

First before you put it into iTunes, I would tag it using MetaX, after that, to get it into your library I usually just go to File > Add to library, and navigate to where you're going to be saving all of your files, and if you're like me and don't want to have all of your files consolidated into the iTunes folder you need to go to:

iTunes >
Preferences >
Advanced >
And uncheck the box that says "Copy files to iTunes Music Folder when adding to library"
