Hey guys!
So, I'm thinking about buying a second Mac in the near future and was wondering how I will keep my iBook and this new Mac is relative sync. Basically meaning with iTunes, iPhoto, etc. I mean, besides doing everything manually, are there any techniques you guys use to keep your two computers in sync?

Thanks for any input.

Assuming you are buying a desktop (as you already have a laptop) I suggest just keeping iT/iP librarys on one computer (that has a larger HD) and just download stuff you need while not at home to iBook :)

I have 2 Macs plus my office Mac at work, I use .mac to keep them all in sync. .mac synchronizes my contacts, bookmarks, transmit FTP setings, Mail settings (not the email itself) keychains and iCal Plus I can also access my contacts and bookmarks from the .mac website.

Like others have stated already, I use .mac to synchronize my settings. For my files, I swear by Synchronize! Pro X. For $99.95 US, it can create bootable back-ups. I have it set to synchronize a folder whenever its companion duplicate's host volume is mounted. The non-pro Synchronize! X Plus is intended for backing up your home directory rather than your entire computer. It comes in at $29.95 US.
