Ok, after a day of playing, there are now smudges on teh aluminum body of my MBA. What do you guys use to wipe down the surface?

With the computer OFF (liquids + powered-on electronics = NO!), gently wipe the aluminum surfaces with a damp (water ONLY) microfiber cloth or clean white t-shirt.

For the screen, you can use the small black cloth included in the MBA box and just your breath to provide a touch of water vapor. DO NOT SPRAY ANYTHING DIRECTLY ON THE SCREEN. iKlear is also probably a good idea, but I am holding off cleaning my screen any time soon... excessive cleaning isn't a good idea because it could possibly cause wear to the glossy screen covering.

A good quality paper towel that is slightly damp works great on the alumimum MBP (dry it up with a dry paper towel). MBA is of a similar material so it should work the same.

As to the screen, you might need something else.

I use RadTech soft microfibre cloths or (on the iPhone) the little black cleaning cloth provided with the iPhone. And, yes, as Clay mentions, it's important NOT to spray anything directly ON the computer or monitor! I spray a little into a soft cloth, apply that gently to my MBP or whatever I'm cleaning, then gently wipe it with the RadTech microfibre cloth. I also use RadTech keyboard protectors to protect the monitor on my MBP from being marred by the keys when the machine is closed.

I second the suggestion for iKlear. I have a bottle of the stuff sitting on my desk now. It is a wonderful cleaner and polish, leaving your machine looking like new! Works on all surfaces, both the aluminum casing and the screen. I always carry an extra "travel single" (they're individually wrapped pre-treated wipes) with me on the road.

Man does this thing show fingerprints! Fortunately, they come right off with the included cloth. A little iKlear only if necessary.
