I am a little stuck. How do I modify a theme, like say add my own icon in for an app? I know I have to go about that using my computer and put it in, but I don't know how. Thanks for the help!

How do you modify themes?

you have to ssh into the phone and go into the themes folder, locate the theme you want to customize and go into it's folder..

I'll agree with that right now because of my hatred for Bama. LOL
As for changing themes make sure you name the new icon exactly as it appears on the spring board if you don't the icon won't change. WinterBoard isn't the same as winterboard you need the W and B to be capital. This is the same for every other app on the spring board.
