Hi guys,

I was wondering how other people do it.

What do you add to the library? Do you just full albums? Singles?

How do you define what you going to save to the library vs. Just adding to a playlist? How do you manage it?

Thanks!

I’m a completist so if I like a band, I add all their albums to my library. Singles too if they have good B-sides that aren’t on deluxe editions.

Then for playlists I have a master playlist of all of my favorite songs, it’s up to 1,500 songs now. And I use that playlist as my library. I also have playlists for my favorite artists as well.

if you save to the library everything of everything you love, isn't your library is just a mess?
how can you find something?
why do you need to save everything? you can use apple music itself as your "library" instead of saving things, right? so let's say you're in a mood for a certain band, you can just look them up and see all their content without saving it.

what do you think?
:)
