Wouldn't you like to know?
Would you prefer a demo by an employee, or would you rather play with it yourself?

I would like to play with it myself, and discover some hidden things on it, that would make for a neat surprise. Plus, i would have the iPhone and not have to wait to watch some demo and i could immediately start using it. Also, Apple has released plenty of information so that you already should know how to use your iPhone. Your thoughts?

WOW
You said a lot of things there bro!
Talk about "touching" your music. LOL

I would rather buy the phone and leave. I am sure the sales person will not be able to assist me any better than the phone, accompanying information, iTunes and all my MACRUMOR friends can.

...play with it myself...hehehaha i've been at work too long.

Teach my self, I'm not personal picking it up, as I'll be out of town, but no one is to touch it, minus any set up At&T store has to do. After that, pack it up, and leave it on my desk until I return!

I have no interest in watching someone who will have just as much experience as me, probably less, try to teach me how to use iPhone.

Not sure how they could have less experience then someone how never touch an iPhone. I'm sure they will go through a training process. They will have more hands on use, but I'm sure you, I and other iPhone buyers on launch day will have read up on it more
:p

This "training process" brings to mind a few questions. Will each store get actual phones, manuals, web based training?
What do you think the presale preparation will entail?
Does anyone have any experience with similar releases of closely guarded merchandise?

I plan on a couple of drinks, some Barry White, and soft lighting. Then I'll offer to upload some of my erotic etchings...

Only a couple of drinks? I wanted some sloppy get to know you time... I might buy two iPhones just to get extra hands on. Anyone up for iPhone swapping?
