How do you setup .Mac with namecheap for a domain name?

I'm stuck at the part where it asks:

(1) Use our Free Name Servers

or

(2) Use Custom Name Servers: Which needs 2 Name Servers Entered.
If I need to choose this option, what do I type for the 2 name servers? Is it just web.mac.com for both? or web.mac.com and web2.mac.com. I dont understand.

First time registering a domain name and trying to buy it through namecheap.
