How do you stop your screen from waking when i pick up the phone?

I think this is raise to wake? how do i disable it, i went through every setting & i cant find it? this is new to me since i just came from an iphone 6 to 7 plus. when the phone is flat on a desk or something, i lift it up the screen turns on.
