iPod How do you transfer files from a mac formatted ipod to a pc?

I need help. I have an ipod and i want to sell it. My G4 does not have enough space to hold my movies so i've been using my 80 gb classic. Since im selling it I want to put it on my pc. It says i have to reformat my ipod which deletes all the files. Is there any program or technique that could get them to the pc?
