how do you transfer files? Win/Mac

I have been using boot camp and all is well, if I need a file I can just open the windows partition and either drop something in or take something out...

...only now i'm using Parallels...

and I can't seem to get into my windows hard drive as parallels lock it
so....how do you move files?

e.g.

I have just downloaded rapidget for my rapidshare account, I want to put it onto my parallels windows desktop..but it's on my tiger desktop...and I can't just drag and drop...

I tried via networking, but it's SO slow
and I plan to download in windows via rapidget then move the files onto my mac...how can I do this?
