How doe ORB work ?

Please excuse me for my severe ignorance. Obviously you need a tuner card in your computer, but what do you do after that ? Do you have to leave your computer on ? How far away from your computer can you be to watch live TV on your iPhone ? Sorry for the stupid questions, but I am old and computer illiterate, lol.

You have to load the orb software onto your computer and yes, the computer has to be on to watch live TV. You can watch TV anywhere that you can get a cell or wifi signal. You can even stream over edge although you have to adjust the quality to be lower for it to stream smoothly.
