Okay these are sata II ssds Toshibas a little slow but 297 each for 512gb they are on sale at owc.

these are ideal for 2010 and older mac minis. also if you have a lacie little big disk thunder bolt you can have a 1tb ssd for a good price. I am going to make a 1tb raid0 in one of my t-bolt cases. my cost will be about 700 for a 1tb raid0 ssd.

Thanks for an honest opinion.

I have been running a 768gb ssd raid0 with 2 lacie little big disks as my mac mini booter for 7 or 8 months 0 problems. this is with 3 256gb samsung ssds and an empty slot in one of the lacies. I then daisy chained a 1tb hdd with a toshiba [seagate t-bolt adapter] as my backup drive. The system has been trouble free for more then 6 months of course I am using 2 lbds.

This new setup up will have 1 lbd and the daisychained backup toshiba.
