Based upon my limited knowledge thus far of the way you start out using the iPad, my understanding is that you sync it with iTunes and select how you want to fill it... perhaps with a backup from your iPhone 3GS.
If this is true, all of the apps currently on your iPhone 3GS will show up on the new iPad after syncing. But I don't want alot of those apps since I've purchased HD versions specifically for the iPad. Will there be a way to delete only certain apps from the iPad without worry that it will effect my iPhone 3GS?
In the future, when I buy an HD app off the iTunes store, will it automatically be added to the iPad during syncing? The same thing with regular apps?
