I have an iPhone SE with iOS 9.3.4. Before I upgrade to 10.3.1, I just wanted to make sure there aren't any issues or slowdowns with it.

iPhone SE has almost the same tech specs as iPhone 6,except smaller screen and battery.
My mom run 10.3.3 or something on her iPhone 5 withouth problems,so go ahead, upgrade.

The iPhone SE has many similarities internally to the 6s more than it does with the iPhone 6 (With the exception of slower Touch ID and 3D Touch). The SE is much improved over the iPhone 6.

And the most current Public iOS update is 10.3.1.

IOS 10.3.1 has more improved features and functionality then its predecessors. IOS 10.3.1 SIRI can even run with third party applications. It supports a new UI for music app and you can also interact with apps from the home screen.
