I cannot figure out how to get in touch with Apple regarding iCloud as I have some iMessage problems. I can only get to this point:

https://expresslane.apple.com

Then when I enter my iPhone serial number, it tells me I might have to purchase a pay-per-incident or something, because I don't have AppleCare. If I select "hardware issue" in the drop-down (which it's probably not, since I assume it's either software issue or, more likely, iCloud issue), then they only offer that either I call them, or they call me, and then it's probably going to cost as well.

But I don't understand why I should pay to tell them that iMessage has issues on my account? It has worked just fine since it was first introduced, then suddenly 1 week ago, all my iMessages started to get the "not delivered" error, even though the messages do actually get through to the recipient.

I tried to add another e-mail address to my account and select that as "Caller ID", and then it works. Going back to my old email, they fail again. But only to some recipients, to other recipients my old e-mail still works.

Any ideas?

You could try this.

Unfortunately it says: "We read all feedback carefully, but please note that we cannot respond to the comments you submit."

So yes, I could use it to let them know about my problem, but I guess I'll never know if/when *my* account issues has been resolved. But I'll do it unless another suggestion comes along, thanks :)

I sorta doubt the bit in bold as well.
