I read through it but it doesn’t say much, like how is it calculated ?

I’ve done it twice. I think the partial refund is the calculated by the remaining number of days in the policy.

Having used a claim doesn’t diminish the partial refund.

If you have had it for 12 months you’ll get 12 months refunded, had for 10 months and you’ll get 14 months back. That’s if you paid it all up front and didn’t use it. If you used it for something you’ll need to call and they’ll have tell you. Every case will be different depending on what you used it for. Just call them and ask. Simple, easy and quick.
