How does the USB-C charge thru the new Magic Trackpad Case?

Doesn't really say how, but I guess we are assuming the smart pins.
They better have really updated it because last Gen did not get nearly enough juice through the smart pins to charge. (check feedback on logitech charging stand)
Also, are the magnets really so perfect that when attaching to the keyboard it will pull to exactly the correct location so those tiny pins are aligned?

Each magnet individually, no, but they’ve got an array of 90. With that many discrete magnets, it becomes very hard for the case to shift once it’s in the right position.
