I've been having a few issues where my phone will randomly say "this device is not made for the iPhone" even though nothing is connected to it. Also willl notice a low battery warning when my battery is well over 20%.

Ita random and it's hard to duplicate, even after a restore it'll happen. So my question is if I go to the apple store how likey is it to get a phone exchanged if it's acting funny and they may not be able to duplicate in store?

The water sensor in the docking port has not been tripped either.
